The average DUI arrest in Michigan in 2009 was just over 1,200, and that number increased by only 12 percent between 2004 and 2008, the time before the program was implemented. The study’s conclusion? “This is a small step in the right direction, but it isn’t a big change, and it certainly isn’t a good thing.
Im not entirely sure what the problem is, but there are some people out there who seem to believe that the people with the most power in the land must be the bad guys. Just because someone is arrested, or is found driving under the influence, does not mean that they are necessarily a bad guy. In fact, most people just want to live their lives in peace.
Well, I think a lot of people just do not want to see what is going on in their own cities and towns. They just want to go about their business as if nothing is wrong. They want to know that the police and the other people who are supposed to be in authority are doing their jobs.
