Just because someone does something wrong doesn’t mean it’s okay. Sometimes, it’s okay to go home and do it wrong. If you want, you can give back. Most people don’t even know what they need to buy. So if you’re getting a bag of groceries, you should get your groceries. That means you should ask your friends and family to buy you a bag of groceries.
The problem with the “it’s not okay to take something from someone else’s house” line is that when you take something from someone else’s house, you are stealing. Theft is when someone has something but doesn’t have permission to have it. Like if you have a laptop and you take it from a friend but he doesn’t have permission to have it. That’s theft.

You are in no position to judge your neighbors. You are responsible for your own actions and that of your friends. But your friends are also responsible for your own actions. So you can’t judge the behavior of your friends, but you can.
