One of the reasons that we’re still struggling is because the new limit is less than one million, which is a lot of it. We live on a lot less than it’s possible to spend on a new housing project, so the increase in the market for new housing and new construction is now more significant.

I understand that there is a limit for new buyers, but a bigger one would get more attention. It still makes sense to have a smaller limit.
