Michigan Proposed Pollutant Prevention Rule, or PPOR, is a federal rule that requires the states of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana to adopt stricter limits on what chemical pollutants can be used in their water systems. The state of Michigan is the only one of the five states to have an official proposal.

The PPORs are designed to protect the health and well-being of the people of the state of Michigan.
It seems like the new version of the TPPA is much less stringent and is focusing on the air pollution aspect of the rule. This makes sense as it can be difficult to see if a water pipe actually leaks when you are on a boat or in a swimming pool. The rules are based more on the potential health impacts than the actual pollution.
I have to say, I think it is really hard to find out if your water is actually clean. As for the air, if it is, it probably isnt being breathed in, it is just being breathed out, and, as you can probably guess, its not pretty.
It’s hard to find a good time to be living with death. Death is where you live, and there are lots of people who can be in the same boat and still be alive.
For those that are worried about pollution, it is important to realize that the rules are based on potential health impact. Many of us are breathing in a mixture of fumes and water vapors every day. The rule is to aim your face towards the sun so you can avoid the worst effects of the pollution.
The rule on pollution is still up in the air. The Environmental Protection Agency recently released several proposals for the Clean Air Act that would make it easier to design buildings that reduce the amounts of harmful pollutants they introduce. The EPA is calling for restrictions that will be phased in over a 20-year period, with the restrictions potentially being applied to buildings as well.
The Clean Air Act is relatively new and doesn’t have clear rules or standards around it yet. But in the meantime, the EPA is taking a more liberal position than it used to and is looking at less stringent requirements. In other words, less pollution, and less pollution means more of the same. It’s a no-brainer.
I’ve been using PPO for years, and I have to say that I have some mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, I love the fact that my local government was forced by the EPA to do something about it. For example, in the 1990s they were really strict about PPOs, and I was so afraid of the EPA trying to ban them in my neighborhood that I used to run my own PPO.
The fact is that most people don’t get PPOs, but the more we get PPOs, the more we look at them. A couple of years ago we got PPOs from a few local residents. They were so much easier to clean up than the PODs, and they are a lot cleaner. So it’s a pretty good deal.
