There is no legal form of the word, “is” that says “Is the property of the owner of the property.” The word is legal because it’s understood to be legal in some jurisdictions.
The other thing is that text messages need to be legally signed. This is especially true in California where you can’t make a verbal contract without the signature of a lawyer. Some of the other requirements for real estate contracts include the signature of a real estate agent, a certified public accountant, a title company, a real estate appraiser, and a qualified title company. A lot of these folks are involved in the day-to-day business of real estate.
It’s also worth noting that, unlike text messages, when it comes to real estate documents, the signature of an actual human being is a much better thing. It takes a lot less time.
It isn’t like text messages are going to magically disappear any time soon. Real estate documents require a signature in order to be binding. It’s not a good idea to ignore any kind of legal document you sign. If you need your signature to be legal, you’ve got a long and involved relationship with a real estate agent. If you don’t need your signature to be legal, you can simply ignore the document altogether.
That said, if you ignore a document that is legally binding, you might end up in a situation where you can’t get a loan or a mortgage. But when you ignore a document that is binding, you can’t really get out from under it.
It’s a good idea to ignore any type of legal document. If you have a signed contract you have to follow it in its entirety. If for some reason you dont have a signed contract you dont have to follow it at all. If you sign something and dont follow it, you might end up in a situation where someone else can go and get a loan and you cant. But when you ignore a document that is legally binding, you cant really get out from under it.
That’s why I think we should give text messages to people in real estate. To avoid problems with people trying to get loans and run off with the money. Because we don’t want to be in a situation where someone can run off with the money.
Text messages are a nice way to get people to sign contracts, but what they say is up to interpretation, as is how they are written. For example, a contract that says “you will not be charged interest on your loan” could also be seen as a promise that they will not be charging interest on the money. So if someone calls and says, “I will not be charged interest on the loan,” that sounds like a promise that they will not be charged interest on the money.
This is why it’s important to do your research before you sign a contract. You don’t want to take a chance that the person you’re dealing with may not be who they claim to be. If they say they will not be charging interest, then you should take steps to verify that they are really who they say they are.
