I was arrested this past week after a woman contacted the police because I was stalking her. I had been out of town and she had been in my bed and I was sleeping on the couch, not that she was aware. I was told that I would be charged with felony stalking.
It’s unfortunate that this is the charge that you have to face if you are convicted. I can’t say it doesn’t happen, but that I’d be surprised if it happened to me. In some states, stalking can be a misdemeanor. My guess is that most people don’t prosecute felony stalking.
I feel for the woman who has been stalked by me. I know the police are going to be extremely busy and they wont have time to investigate this charge. I really do feel for her.
The police may not be able to find a suspect. They may not ever learn who it is. They just have to accept that you are guilty and go on with life. One such person is the one who was found guilty of felony stalking in New York. The woman, whose name has not been released, was arrested for violating her probation. She was given a three-year sentence for stalking her ex-husband and his brother.
That’s just the tip of the iceberg. There are a lot of stalkers here who don’t get sent to prison. At worst they can be fined but the real terror is being out on the street. And that’s especially bad when there is no evidence. In fact, a number of people on Deathloop have been stalked and beaten up. One victim even had his home destroyed, which is pretty disturbing.
I know that no matter what you try to do to stop the crime, it will happen one day. That’s why it’s important to be aware of the signs that someone is committing this crime. If you dont realize that something is going on, it can be very difficult to stop it. One of these signs is if the victim is having some sort of relationship with the offender, or if the victim can see that the offender is engaging in this behavior.
There are times when a victim of stalking wants to see a “clear and present danger” before reporting it. And of course, one of the most common signs of a felony stalking is having a partner who is engaged to the offender.
It’s not just stalking that’s a felony. Felony stalking is also a crime of stalking and possession of a firearm. The charge is actually a misdemeanor that can be charged with up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $500. In this case, the victim is the boyfriend of one of the Visionaries.
