When I was a kid I found myself trying to defend myself to the best of my abilities. I decided to try to defend myself.

We think it’s not the first time someone has been sued for something related to this specific name. In 1995, the US Army was sued by erbs palsy for using the name as a joke.

The idea that you can’t use the name is one that makes me think you’re a bad person. So it can be a real bad name to use it in a way that makes you look bad.The good idea here is you can use it as a way to show your support to someone who has suffered due to their use of the name.
The lawsuit, as you might have guessed, is against a company called Ebs who allegedly had the rights to the name. Although the name is a bit controversial in the UK, it is not uncommon in the US for companies to take the rights to a word and apply it to their own products.
Ebs was founded by two brothers who used the word erbs in the 1980s for a kind of artificial skin that they developed. The name has since spread to other forms of plastic and silicone skin that they developed. They claimed that they are based in the US and have never had any issues with the U.K. government, but a lawsuit that went to court accused the company of trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising.
