420 friendly places in michigan is my favorite resource for everything to do with marijuana. It is a free monthly ezine that has a list of nearly a dozen marijuana friendly places across the entire country.
I’ve made good use of this resource. If you live in Michigan you might know that 420 friendly places are in or around Lansing. If you live in the metro area you might know that 420 friendly places are in or around New York. If you live in northern or southern Michigan you might know that 420 friendly places are in or around Detroit. And the list goes on. The site is also one of the most fun sites to use for finding all kinds of places to live legally.
No matter what you’re going to do, your best option is to make a place and set it up. The most common way to do that, I’m sure, is to walk to the nearest town and get a map of where you live.
I like the idea of a place that looks like it’s in the middle of a city. I’ve seen places like this in the past. I don’t think they’re the only places to live. I have a list of places I would rather not live in than live in.
A great first step is to get a “map” of your area. This can be as simple as a postcard or it can be an actual map. I think any map in the right size and shape would be fine. The map size can really matter because if youre looking at a map and you see a street with many houses, youre going to want to make a choice between the houses in that street or the houses in the street.
We do have some places that are so friendly (and yet, so far away) that you would probably want to live in. That list is a bit long, so I’ll just list a few things that we think are awesome: A) there’s only one gas station (it is actually on the same street as the gas station) that you can buy gas for. That is just awesome. B) there are several coffee shops in the area. That is also awesome.
Coffee shops are great because they are cheap and easy to get to. But I would say that they are also a great way for a house to not feel so isolated. You don’t have to worry about being in a crowded neighborhood, only about being alone.
We are in a state that has a huge problem with house price inflation. The state of Michigan has no real budget surplus, so property taxes keep going up, property tax payers are now paying an ever rising amount of property taxes. If you ask anyone how much it will cost to fix up their house now, it’s not much. As it was with oil, so it will be with property taxes. And that is a bad thing.
I know this is going to sound like a rant, but we’re in a huge state trying to fix house prices, and in real life, we are trying to do it.
We can’t fix the problem if we don’t care about fixing it. If we don’t fix it, we’ll just keep increasing the price of our houses.
