I have always been a 1st time offense of possession in georgia. For the most part I’ve been a good person. I have never done anything wrong or done anything wrong and I’m never doing anything wrong.
It seems to be something we do, but the reality is that 1st time offenses of possession are rare. Because they happen so rarely, the only way to ever get one is to have a reason to do it. That’s why I believe that the main reason people get 1st time offenses of possession is for other reasons.

This is a new wrinkle to the debate about what it means to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Is it just a matter of being in a place where you shouldn’t be? Yeah, there’s a lot of false positives in our criminal justice system. This is one of the reasons we have bail bondsmen and jail guards to keep the courts full when it comes to misdemeanor offenses. This is a concept that is so deeply ingrained in our culture that we don’t even know it.
For those of you who were expecting to see it on every episode of Lost, just dont. It’s not there. This is very odd because the show is very well written and seems to be very accurate in its depiction of the reality of serial killers in the US.
